In all the home accessories and furniture I have seen being more often than not used to accentuate different spots are the area rugs. They are often used in every house not only in cold areas of the world but as well as in the tropical countries.
Area rugs are simply timeless. It was originally used even before the modern times and were used to help sustain heat and used to protect the body against the cold floorings. From then on, it evolved as home accessories and was used in decorating homes. No matter what sizes they are, still the designs can vary and match the personality of the user, or the theme you would want to achieve in your homes.
But nevertheless, the primary purpose of area rugs is still keeping up with modernization; it is not just pleasant to the eyes but also has an important role inside the house.
